About our WFM plans
How many users are included in my plan?
Each plan comes with a number of users already included. The “Essential WFM” plan contains 15 users. The “Advanced WFM” comes with 25 users. Please contact us if you’re interested in the “Enterprise WFM” plan.
How are additional users counted?
The total user count includes all employees that can be scheduled (such as agents) plus all users that have login credentials but may not necessarily be scheduled (such as planners). At the end of the month, you will be invoiced based on the highest daily user count of that month, minus the number of users already included in your plan’s base rate (15 for “Essential WFM” and 25 for “Advanced WFM”). As an administrator, you will have full insight into the history of your daily user count, so there won’t be any nasty surprises.
Can I scale my user count up and down as I please?
You can add or remove users any time you want. We charge in arrears for the peak user count for that month.
How quickly can we get started?
Your account will be created after you have placed your order and we have received payment for the base rate and the onboarding package.
What’s included in the onboarding package?
Each plan contains an adequate onboarding package to help you get up to speed quickly. During onboarding, we will help you integrate injixo with your ACD and will support you with setting up injixo in order to get the maximum value out of the system. The onboarding package comes with the necessary resources which cover everything you need to know from WFM principles and best practices. If you need further assistance after the onboarding is completed, additional professional services can be booked.

Are there any hidden expenses?
No. We strive for maximum transparency. All fees are clearly communicated upfront.
Can I get a PO number printed on the invoices?
Yes, you can enter the PO number on the order form.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, check, ACH, and direct debit.
When do we start paying for the service?
The base rate for our plans is due upfront for the year (for example: the yearly base rate for “Essential WFM” is 12 x £299 = £3,588). In addition, the fee for the onboarding package also is due upfront (for example: £2,000 for “Essential WFM”). Hence, the first invoice for “Essential WFM” would total £5,588. Your account will be created once we receive the initial payment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by sending us a written notice 1 month before the end of the term.
